Privacy Policy
This policy explains what GedDev, LLC ("GedDev", "we", "us") collects, why, and what we do with it. GedDev is a California limited liability company at 3443 Halfway Ave, McKinleyville, CA 95519.
Information we collect
- Contact information
- Name, email address, mailing address, business name, and mobile phone number, when you give them to us.
- Transaction information
- What you bought, when, and the amount. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our systems.
- Service information
- For customers of our website and lead generation service: calls and form submissions made to the tracking number or website we operate for you.
- Technical information
- Standard web server logs, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested.
How we use it
To deliver and support what you bought, to bill you, to send the notifications described in our text message program, to meet our tax and legal obligations, and to detect and prevent fraud. We do not use your information for automated decision making.
Text messaging and consent
If you join our text message program, we keep a record of your mobile number, the date and time you consented, and the method you used to consent. We keep that record for as long as you are subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward, so that we can demonstrate your consent if asked.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that make our business run, and only what they need: our payment processor, our messaging provider, our email provider, and our hosting provider. We require each of them to protect your information and to use it only to provide their service to us.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
How long we keep it
Business and tax records are kept for seven years. Marketing and contact records are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing seth@geddevllc.com. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you these rights, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
We use industry standard measures to protect information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
