These terms govern your use of the websites and services of GedDev, LLC ("GedDev", "we", "us"), a California limited liability company at 3443 Halfway Ave, McKinleyville, CA 95519. By using our services you agree to them.
Our services
GedDev provides websites and lead generation for local trade businesses, digital and print publications, and web applications sold by subscription. The specific terms of what you bought, including price and cancellation, are set out in the order or agreement for that purchase.
Text message program
Our customer text message program is described in full on the text messages page. In summary:
- You join by texting JOIN to (888) 835-4027.
- Messages are account notifications, service updates, and customer care replies from GedDev, LLC.
- Message frequency varies, and is typically no more than 4 messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we handle the information you give us when you join is covered by our Privacy Policy.
Payment
Fees are due as stated in your order. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by a third party processor, and their terms apply to the payment itself.
Acceptable use
Do not use our services to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to send unsolicited messages, or to interfere with the operation of our systems.
Intellectual property
We keep ownership of our software, site designs, written material and artwork, except where an agreement with you says otherwise. Material you provide to us stays yours, and you give us the permission we need to use it to deliver your service.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our services are provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. GedDev is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Our publications and practice-support materials are educational. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and they do not create a professional relationship.
Termination
Either of us may end a service as set out in your order. We may suspend a service immediately if these terms are breached.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are handled in the state or federal courts located in Humboldt County, California.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept it.
